How do I estimate my device price?

Go to Trade-in or the Comparator, select your brand and model, then answer the short diagnostic (screen, battery, functionality). Offers appear immediately, updated in real time.

What happens after I choose an offer?

Once you select an offer, follow the chosen buyer's instructions: free shipping or drop-off, quality check, then bank transfer. Each partner states its conditions before you confirm.

When will I be paid?

Timing depends on the buyer you choose. As a rule, payment is made within 48 business hours after your device is received and approved. Check the conditions shown on the selected offer.

What if the final price differs from the estimate?

The online estimate is based on your diagnostic answers. If the actual condition differs during inspection (cracked screen, worn battery, carrier lock…), the buyer may adjust the amount. You remain free to accept or decline the revised offer and have your device returned.

Should I erase my data before sending the device?

Yes. We recommend backing up and erasing all personal data, signing out of accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung…), and removing the SIM card before shipping. The buyer will guide you through the exact steps for your device.
